30-Day Free Returns
We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
How to Return
Log into your account and go to your order history. Select the item you wish to return and follow the prompts. A prepaid return label will be emailed to you within 24 hours.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive your return, our team inspects it within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
To exchange an item for a different size or color, contact our Client Services team. We'll place a new order for you and process your return simultaneously.
Non-Returnable Items
Final sale items, customized products, and items marked as non-returnable cannot be returned or exchanged. This will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
